• PC Clean Up/Tune Up - $40
  Running out of room, or something not running quite right? Let me clean out some of the garbage and look it over real quick.
  Please note that this service doesn't guarantee your PC will return to 'like new' performance. There's always something that can affect performance (and not limited to) the age of the hardware/system, software installation (as well as updates), OS install (and updates), and just general cruft that has accumulated over the years.

• PC Diagnosis - $25/hr (min. 2 hours)
  Need some help tracking down that pesky headache? I can take a look and see what's causing the issue.
  No guarantees will be made that I can find the issue. Some issues are difficult to trace, especially if it's intermittent, and may require more time to diagnose. Rate/charges will adjusted accordingly.

• PC Software/Peripheral/Accessory Installation/Configuration - $25/piece ($45 for networked printers)
  Got something new, but the install process is dogging you? I can get it up and running for ya. Network printers are gonna cost more as they are a bit more involved than just clicking 'Okay.'
  Hardware/Software must be supplied client. Service offer subject to limitation, or refusal pending scope of tasks/knowledge/tools/material required.

• PC Repair, Upgrade, Building, Deployment - $45/hr
  Nothing fancy here, just good old fashioned, hands-on labor. Or getting that new system up and running for you.

• PC Re-Installation (reinstall OS, base software) - $45/hr
  Windows decided to delete itself, and you don't quite have the time for a reinstall? Give me a call!

• Small/Home Office Network Deployment, Config, Admin - $45/hr
  Got a router (or switch), and a rat's nest of cables that need to get your office/internet working? Maybe you need your router settings tweaked, and don't want to break things? I can get it done for you.
  Hardware/Software must be supplied client. Service offer subject to limitation, or refusal pending scope of tasks/knowledge/tools/material required. Note that specialized installation tasks requiring the running of wires through (inside) walls, ceilings, in high areas, etc. are not offered. Please contact a professional cable running/electrical contracting service if you require a specialized installation. I am not certified, nor equipped for these tasks.

• Data Backup to External Storage/Online Service - $35/hr (min. 1 hour)
  It's always a good idea to always keep a copy of vital data in more than one place. Computer drives die all the time, even new ones. Let me get you started on that, and teach you the art of data backup/archival (only if you want to).

• Network/IOT Device Install and Config - $35/hr (min. 2 hours)
  Got some new networked gadget and you can't figure out the setup process? Let me get it up and running in a jiff!
  Hardware/Software must be supplied client. Service offer subject to limitation, or refusal pending scope of tasks/knowledge/tools/material required. Note that specialized installation tasks requiring the running of wires through (inside) walls, ceilings, in high areas, etc. are not offered. Please contact a professional cable running/electrical contracting service if you require a specialized installation. I am not certified, nor equipped for these tasks.

  • $45/hr for NAS devices (min. 2 hours)
    More complex setup requirement, network modifications may be required.

• Data Migration - $35/hr (min. 2 hours)
  Need your files moved from system to another, or maybe from one storage type to another? I got you.

• E-Mail Service Configuration - $25/hr
  Got e-mail service through a provider, but don't quite know how to get it all setup and running? Let me take care of that for you, I'll even show you how to manage your e-mail boxes on the provider side as well (if available).

• E-Mail Service Hosting* -  $75/year, per user
  Need e-mail service, but don't want to deal with it? I can get you up and running with my service provider and help manage the headache for you.

• Website Hosting Configuration  - $25/hr
  HTML, PHP, MySQL? Not sure how to set things up to get your site up on the web? I can tackle all that for you, and show you some stuff to keep things rolling. This charge also includes e-mail service setup as well, as most web hosting packages include it.

• Website Hosting Services* -  Price varies on package/options
  Want to get your site online, but without all the backend hassle of setting up and managing services? I can get you going with a service provider I use and help manage it all too.

• Remote Desktop Troubleshooting - $35/hr
  Out of town, or just a hair too far outside my service area? I can assist you remotely for most common software headaches, or other small tasks. I'll tell you how to setup remote assistance on your system, and then I'll connect and take a look. You can break the connection at any time, but note that you will still be charged the full hour regardless. 

• Other Services -  $35-45/hr (min. 2 hours)
  Maybe there's something not listed here, but it has to do with something online (web app install, service setup, etc.). Drop me a line, or send an e-mail, and I'll get back to you and see what I can do.

*Please note that these services are provided by third-party companies with whom I deal with, I do not provide these services myself. I do have access to client accounts to facilitate their management, and to help ensure operational status. However, please note that these companies may reach out to you for promotional/sales purposes (in which I try to ensure you are opted out of during account creation). In the event that technical issues arise, you may contact me directly to help facilitate communication between these providers and yourself. Otherwise, you may try to contact the providers' support staff directly through the supplied links on their service pages.

• Travel Charge - $0.60/km  +  $15.00/hr
  Vehicle Fuel & Maintenance: Billed per km, exceeding 10km to/from home location.
  Time: Billed per hr for travel outside of immediate service area, exceeding 25km to/from home location.

• After Hours Service Call - $50/call
  Responding to client service call outside of regular business hours. Standard field work rates apply on top of service call charge.

• Consultation - $40/hr
  Consultation to client for services, hardware, software, etc. 

• Development - $50/hr
  Work done for clients in regards to developing, configuring, deploying systems, etc. 

• On-Site Work - $45/hr
  On-site work done for client (system installation, configuration, etc.). Other labor not yet categorized.

• Website Management - $25/hr
  Work done for client in regards to maintenance of their web site.

• Training - $35/hr
  Training client and/or staff for use of software, supporting systems, etc. Training offered will vary by application and knowledge on the subject. Please note that I am not an expert by any means on all subjects, but possess enough working knowledge on certain topics to train users for day-to-day tasks.

• Document Conversion - $40/hr
  Convert printed/digital items (photos, documents, etc.) to (other) digital image format, includes basic image correction. Client choice of PDF, JPG, or PNG files for scanned documents.
